Comital Gestione Industrie S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting approved the 2014 Financial Statements, confirming the appointment of the current directors as member of the Board for the 2015-2017 period. The Shareholders' Meeting, in extraordinary session, also approved a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1 new share for every 5000 existing shares.
