Our company is specialised in the production and sale of food packaging, containers for food preservation and cooking, products for home storage, and the management of domestic waste. Always mindful of qualitative excellence, innovation and sustainability, Cuki Cofresco serves both the mass-consumer market and the professional market with in excess of 4,000 products.
Conservation is a crucial part of the food industry production cycle; for over sixty years now, Cuki has been investing substantially in this particular sector, in terms of technological research, an integrated industrial system, and rational production diversification, in line with the specific demands of the market.
The markets in which the company operates primarily concern various types of food wrapping and containers, yet over the years have expanded to include bin liners made from recycled, recyclable or plant-based materials under the Domopak Spazzy brand, in addition to products for the care and organisation of the spaces in our homes under the Domopak Living brand.

The company (known as Comital Cofresco at the time) is established as a joint venture between Comital SpA and Cofresco Frishhalteprodukte GmbH & Co. KG, with the industrial and commercial contributions of Cuki and Domopak respectively, two leading brands in the field of consumer packaged goods.
2000
Acquisition of Europack, a company specialised in the production of aluminium and plastic food containers for the professional sector.
2008
Europack is merged with Comital Cofresco, leading to the birth of the Divisione Professional, dedicated to the production and sales of food containers made with aluminium, plastic and cardboard.
2010
Cuki Cofresco becomes the new name of Comital Cofresco, created to strengthen the Cuki brand as the market leader in food storage and cooking.
2013
Cuki Cofresco acquires control of Ilmak Makina Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS, a Turkish company with headquarters and plant in Istanbul, with the aim of better serving the markets in Turkey, the Balkans and the Middle East.
2015
The Group's industrial restructuring process is completed with the transfer of non-strategic activities, including the aluminium lamination activities of Comital.
2017
CUKI Cofresco creates Cuki France SAS, with headquarters and plant in La Terrasse (Grenoble), with the aim of better serving the French market and other European markets (Benelux, Switzerland, Spain and the UK).
2018
Cuki Cofresco sets up in Poland Cuki Alfatec Sp. zoo with headquarters and plant in Poznań, destined to develop expansion projects for the various Eastern European markets.
2019
Melitta Group Management GmbH & Co. KG acquires control of Cuki Cofresco, creating the conditions for the development of Europe's leading company in food packaging, founded on the synergic integration of Cuki Cofresco and the controlled company Cofresco Frischhalteprodukte.
Cuki Cofresco S.r.l. (80% directly and indirectly owned by Melitta Group Management GmbH & Co. KG and 20% by CEO Corrado Ariaudo through Aholding Srl) controls the following activities and companies from its managerial and commercial headquarters in Volpiano:
