In coherence with the Group rationalization strategy, Comital SpA has sold the fully controlled subsidiary Ariflex SpA to VIMA Holding SpA, holding controlling LAMP San Prospero SpA, a company operating in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. Ariflex operates in the aluminum flexible packaging sector, mainly to the food packaging industry, with a turnover around 20 million euro and 55 employees working in the plant in Spinetta Marengo (AL).
