Cuki S.p.A. has sold to Arix S.p.A. - one of the main Italian leading Companies int the Household and Professional Cleaning market - Tonkita business unit, focused on cleaning instruments. Corrado Ariaudo, president and CEO of Comital, commented: "The operation is part of the Group's strategic development project, which aims to focus financial and managerial resources to innovation and to a further development, even abroad, of the activities in food packaging and containers, in which Cuki is the Italian market leader with Cuki and Domopak brands".
