In execution of previous agreements between the parties, today Aholding Srl (company controlled by Corrado Ariaudo) completed the purchase of the 20% stake in the share capital of Cuki Cofresco Srl, company created by the merger by incorporation of Cuki Cofresco SpA in Cuki Group Srl.
