Effective from December 1st 2014, Comital Gestione Industrie SpA will contribute to the new established company, named Comital Srl, the whole business unit of foil rolling including the production, commercial and administrative dedicated structures and the respective plants and machinery, working capital, employment contracts, service contracts and industrial properties such as certifications, licenses, company name and the brand COMITAL.
