Eataly and Cuki together in the fight against food waste

In December 12th 2016 Eataly announced the use of Cuki Save Bag in all of its restaurants in Italy; the press conference was attended by Oscar Farinetti, Carlo Bertolino, the general manager of theBanco Alimentare Marco Lucchini and Mrs Maria Chiara Gadda, first signatory of the "Legge Antisprechi" (anti-food waste Law). It is a further important collaboration between Cuki and Eataly which aims to contribute to create a virtuous circle even in domestic consumption and overcome the wall of embarrassment, spreading the established habit of Anglo-Saxon world, to demand to the waiter to take away the course not completely consumed . "If you have bigger eyes than the belly use your head": this is the soul of the Save Bag project, created by Cuki in collaboration with Banco Alimentare and the Politecnico di Torino to fight food waste: with Save Bag it is simple and easy to take home from the restaurant what is not consumed, respecting the value and quality.
